Seems like a running gag with this company. Their actual dial-up service is okay, as dial-up service goes. But it was when I called customer service to cancel my service because I was canceling my land line and would have no further need for NetZero service that the problems started. A few months after I canceled, I noticed in my bank statement (luckily) that NetZero was charging me again. I called customer service again to find out why. The representative said the service was just suspended for 30 days. Well, that's not what I had intended and not what I had told them I wanted. I was also informed they were still charging me because I was still accessing the email account they said I could use. And my boss, a district court judge, had the same problem with NetZero when she made the change to satellite internet.
