We are both self employed and when the economy crashed so did we. We in essences lost one income. Getting behind in mortgage & credit card payments we didn't know what to do.
We happened upon United, Jason was of great help. Asked us for all the proper documents and even helped us putting in order our personal and business paperwork.
We entered a trail modification which was granted permanent status.Our interest rate was lowered and our arrearage was back ended enabling us to make affordable mortgage payments.
United assisted us in keeping our home and getting our financial house in order. This was a great options to filing bankruptcy, losing our home...
Thank you for your hard work. It required work on our end too but was well worth the effort.
