I was ordering a prom dress for my daughter. Contact with the staff and owner was very positive. The first dress I ordered did not fit. It was very easy to return and they held on to my request for a smaller size. All staff was honest and stated the dress was on backorder but would be in before the prom date. As an anxious parent my many followup phone calls were always treated with respect and as if it was never a bother to "check on the status" of the dress. I would certainly order from Unique Vintage again.
Also since I was ordering something in a different size I was not recharged for the shipping and handling on the second dress.
