I implore anyone who may be reading this posting to visit our website and read the “About Us” page. UltimateCarDeal.Com is only open to the public 8 days per month, by appointment only. We are VERY up-front about what we offer and what we expect of both parties PRIOR to looking at the vehicles. The owner speaks with everyone when they arrive, explaining how the process works & what to expect. At that time, he also gets very detailed about what the conditions are regarding a deposit. He explains, in no uncertain terms, “PLEASE DO NOT leave a deposit if you are unsure weather or not you want to own this vehicle. We don’t have “sales people” and no one will try and sell you anything. We treat you like dealers, and ask that you return that respect by NOT leaving a deposit on a vehicle that you aren’t sure about.” We give a 3-Day Inspection Period allowing time for you to have the vehicle inspected by the mechanic of your choice BEFORE YOU COMPLETE ANY PURCHASE to insure that there are no major mechanical defects. Had there been a mechanical problem with the vehicle, no problem, we would have gladly returned his money. However, last Saturday, once we gave Joseph William Schuller III access to our 100 vehicles, along with about 20 other people, he pushed through those people and slammed his driver license down on the hood in order to keep anyone else from getting inside the car. We again went over the conditions of the sale and under what conditions. He agreed to all the terms and again thanked us for the “great deal”. He set an appointment to have it inspected & take delivery of the car on Tuesday @ 5:30PM per his request.
We held that vehicle from 3 other sales and were upholding our end of the agreement, when Joe called to say that he just didn’t want to go through with the deal because his mechanic doesn’t like “German Cars”. He left us a message that says, and I quote, “ Hi, this is Joe, I left a non-refundable deposit on the Audi A4. I would like to arrange to get a full refund on my non-refundable deposit”. Should anyone else out there find that to be unbelievable, PLEASE call us and we would be happy to play the message for you, as it has been saved as one of the most ridiculous messages we’ve ever heard.

We only sell cars we are willing to back-up with said warranty & offer many extension options on those service agreements. These warranties are through licensed, bonded warranty companies and are good anywhere in the US or Canada, serviceable at ANY mechanic in the US or Canada. In addition, these vehicles are sold to the public for the same price we sell to dealers and at about ½ of Kelly Blue Book Value.
