Be VERY wary of doing business with this company!
UltimateCarDeal.com, a.k.a. Ultimate Car Deal, a.k.a Hollywood Auto Gallery, is very difficult to do business with. Their premise is that 8 days every month, they allow the public to cherry-pick their stock, which is normally sold wholesale to dealers and exporters.
While the owner, Zachary Kessler, is adamant about only putting a deposit on a car that you are sure that you want, he does not allow test drives. He tells you that you have three days to have a mechanic inspect the car, but once you give him a deposit on the car you must take delivery of the car or loose your deposit.
I implore you... do not give him any cash or sign ANYTHING until you have read and understood exactly what you are signing.
Ultimate Car Deal will tell you that you have three days to test drive and inspect the car, but it doesn't matter if you change your mind... If you end up not wanting the car, you loose your deposit.
This company burned me for over $1,000.00 in December, 2008. The best move I made in the transaction was to walk away from my deposit and not take delivery of the car.
