April 22, 2008, I ordered 1 pair of Ugg Boots. I was sooooooo excited that Snugg Bootz actually had the color, and size I needed. The funds were taken from my credit card account on the same day, (April 22, 2008). Their website stated, I would receive the merchandise in, (5-10) business days. After 10 days I followed up via e-mail. I made 4 attempts to contact them, with only several replies back from them. One of their e-mails indicated the vendor was behind in the process and that I would receive the boots in 3 days. The second e-mail stated the following: "if you want to place an order log onto our website at snuggbootz.com" - May 8, 2008, I e-mailed Snugg Bootz, and got an undeliverable message. I'm saddened to learn that Snugg Bootz is an illegitimate company. I'll never see the boots that I was so excited to receive. Connie
