Patience Prevailed! US Tax Shield has done a great job and I would hire them again.

I just want to say that I would hire US Tax Shield again. The staff that handled my case was courteous when I was all drama in the beginning and they were professional every step of the way. I did get concerned when months went by and I heard nothing.
A lawyer I know put it into perspective. She said "Would rather have them spend time and money fighting the IRS on your behalf or spend it babysitting you?" It dawned on me one day that I needed to shut up and wait to hear back. I am happy that I did. Patience
