I purchased my closed on my home August 2007. On January 2008, I was told that I needed open heart surgery as soon as possible. If I did not get it soon I would die. On March 2008 I had the surgery. After surgery all the medical bills came in. I was 37 at the time. My house payment, my car payment and all other bills spun out of control. I received a referral to US Loan Mod Solutions. A kind man named Steve called me and told me he would help me. He has held true to his WORD. He has been supportive and very upfront with what is going on and what was needed to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone who is needing financial help.
