We worked with Ed. He was wonderful! He showed us several carpets in our price range and recommended one with a softer "feel", but great cleaning/wear characteristics. He took measurements and created a comprehensive installation plan. The installation team showed up on time and did a professional, quality job. Ed was great about contact/follow-up. We are VERY satisfied with our new carpet and the services of US Floor Covering.
What could US Floor Covering done better? Nothing, they met or exceeded all of our expectations.
