PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY, these are the most unprofessional people ever. They will charge you 100 to be a member with a 35 dollar monthly fee. Not informing you that the initial cost is for unlimited consultation that you will not get. They will then attempt to charge you 450-800 for an affidavit that you can very well have an actual attorney to do for the same cost since you will be representing yourself anyways. They lure you in based on the situation you are going through and prey on that. Mr. Renk is the most vial and unprofessional of them all. They will claim they have made attempts to contact you and don't. I called after I made my first payment numerous of times and I did not get any answer until I dialed the billing number they have listed on the BBB website. Then a young man claimed that they had been trying to reach me, but my missed phone calls don't lie. I had only missed one phone call from these people and Mr. Moonly did not answer until my boss called him from his phone. Although I had given them all the documentation requested to start my case Mr. Renk was still unfamiliar with me and my case and yet claims he tried to contact me. His only objective was to get me to purchase a 500 dollar affidavit after I had already paid them 140 dollars and had gained nothing for the money I had spent. These people are crooks and a scam. They have had countless number of complaints of the same nature. As you can see how many times they have attempted to accredited with the BBB. I will bet money that the reviews they posted on their website and on here if you look at the dates of complaints and the similarity between the ones on BBB and their website were written by them. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE I PROMISE YOU THEY ARE A SCAM. They will tell you that Like McDonald's you can't get the documentation until it's paid for, these guys are crooks and please save your hard earned money and choose someone to help you with integrity

We are completely confused with respect to Cameka’s derogatory review. Every one of our customers are told up front exactly how our program works BEFORE they enroll in our program. Additionally, they are required, as Cameka did, to sign terms and conditions before we work on any paperwork case (Cameka also signed the terms and conditions)Cameka was quoted EXACTLY what we tell all of our customers. It is baffling to us why she would then make these comments. We tried to call her multiple times (and have the phone records to prove it) and just left voice mails. Her original quote was four our company to prepare an affidavit for between $450.00 to $550.00. In her state our standard fee is $500.00. We are not crooks as we help people everyday resolve their issues by representing themselves at 75% to 95% less than attorneys that bill by the hour and the minute. Again we are completely baffled at this review. U.S. Family Advocates, Inc. However, we are very pleased regarding the multitude of positive comments placed on Trust Link by our customers.
