Review 9/10/2010

I purchased 4 Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors based on the recommendation for my vehicle specifications, 2005 E500 4-matic Mercedes-Benz, via www.autopartswarehouse.com on August 23, 2010. It was recommended I purchase the VDO TPMS part number W0133-1794939. However after having them professionally installed, they did not work. I consulted with the manufacture of the VDO sensors, Continental, and spoke with ASE Certified Automotive Technical Sean Lannoo. He advised that the VDO sensors that www.autopartswarehouse.com is recommending will not work with my vehicle and should not have been recommended. The Continental Technician also offered to work with autopartswarehouse.com in an effort to correct the problem however no one from autopartswarehouse.com accepted his offer to correct the misinformation. I then followed up with customer service at autopartswarehouse.com and spoke with Norman James Movido. I explained that because the site recommended the wrong sensors, I was entitled to a refund of the $80 installation cost or offered that he provide the correct Beru sensors at a discount lesser or equal to $80. He assured me he would look into it and follow up with me. However he has not returned multiple emails I have had significant trouble trying to get a return shipping label which I have had to request two times so far.
Because the recommendation for the wrong part was made, your terms and conditions are not valid therefore if the full amount of $80 as well as the full refund of the items $332.80 I will file a claim with the California Courts and will be requesting full retribution which will include but not limited to the fees above and all legal and court costs.
