Shipping for Amazon

I own a small business and sell thru Amazon. I used this UPIC shipping ins. On every item until now. (It's the only option right now.) Their customer service is Horrible! They Didn't read my issue until 3rd or 4th email. The USPS lost several packages this past season and they only approved 1 of my claims. They definitely make you jump thru hoops, but worst is the way they are so unprofessional speaking with people. They obviously don't want repeat customers. I couldn't stay open if I spoke to my customers the way they do. However, I'm saving a bunch of money not adding their Insurance to my items now. Should have quit using them sooner.
