Ryan Ricasio was amazing. He walked me through a computer problem - a path that many before have attempted and none finished. He was patient with me - not always easy as I tend to get agitated when technology is frustrating me. He solved my problem and gave me great faith in U-Pic going forward. Thank you very much.
