Ryan Customer Service
I must commend Ryan in his assistance with issues that arose regarding a product ordered via Amazon. Ryan was prompt in his response, thorough and concise in his guidance through the process. His patience and kindness was endless in how to contact the seller, what to expect and how to proceed. In contrast I found the seller evasive, confusing and did not receive forthright responses to questions. In contacting Ryan, he explained that due to privacy issues he had limited access to my account, which I understand; all the while never wavering in his support. I am still waiting for resolution from the seller but hope to receive some information by the end of this week; if not I will pursue another course of action. To Amazon Corporation/supervisors - Ryan is deserving of your attention. He is a true professional and an exemplary ambassador for Amazon. To Ryan -Thank you so much for all your help.
