Last month I shipped a package through Staples USPS and it had arrived completely broken. I was worried and upset as it was a wedding gift. I was even more nervous as I found out that the extra insurance I purchased was through Staples (contracted with U-pic) and not USPS (which I was not informed of). As I contacted Staples, and submitted all my documents I worried about their processing time. Staples forwarded some of my information, but not all. As this is my first time dealing with any sort of insurance company and issues, I had the common preconceived notion that it would be difficult and I would have to jump through all sorts of hoops. Luckily, when I called in to U-pic Jesse Moller was incredibly helpful, handled my claim from beginning to end, always patient with my questions, and helped me figure out what forms and proof I needed to submit. It made what I thought would be a long and arduous process, smooth and efficient. I can't thank Jesse enough!
