my experience with U-Pic Insurance

I sell vintage merchandise online and I'm so glad to have U-Pic insurance available for my sales. I'm a very careful shipper and have had few losses. Nevertheless, I had two experiences putting in claims for USPS insurance. That was enough! Both were nightmares! I then used Shipsaver Insurance and fortunately never had a claim. But I found their customer service less than ideal. Then I began using U-Pic and had a recent claim. They were SUCH a pleasure to deal with. First of all they have the best customer service! Remarkable in this day and age! So helpful, courteous, clear and quick... I simply could not be more pleased! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of insurance for your ecommerce sales. They deserve 10 stars!!
