Terrible customer service. One month after initial purchase I have been given the run-around for weeks involving the shipment of the item I ordered.
This company is very poorly managed, it takes extreme patience to get in touch with them for it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes of call-hang up for someone to finally answer the phone.
Emailing is not much better, I've gone a full week without getting a reponse to various emails.
They don't take any responsibility for their mistakes and treat the customers like they were idiots.
