Truman Foreclosure Assistance / Franklin Group (what ever they are called these days) is the biggest SCAM in the home foreclosure out there today. Let me make myself clear. A COMPLETE SCAM!
NO ONE, I REPEAT NO ONE will call you back after they STEAL your money. Eli Hertz is the owner and has every excuse and blames every client for not closing their loans. Nothing is his fault. I was finally able to talk with him (Oct 2009) and he said he would call me back the next day with a status, he NEVER CALLED. WHAT A SURPRISE!
AGAIN, they took $2800 of my money and DID NOTHING! I gave him one too many chances and he refused to comply. If you value your money DO NOT GIVE IT TO HIS GROUP!!!!! A complete 100% SCAM! I'm planning to file suite against him and anyone that ever worked for him. He needs to be STOPPED!
