I have no idea where to go or what to do. Truman has taken our money and has done nothing for us. In Jaunary we started out talking to a Jack Haskins and then went to A Jennifer Vazquez, and a Janelle Marino and then silence.These people had a "B+" rating when we signed with them in January now I see they have a "F". They promised a money back guarantee but I have left voice mails with no response. I have basically given up and feel my $1550 is gone. My emails all come back like this:

I would call the customer service number and all I got was transferred back to the same voice mail or my favorite I will get with the mitigator and return your call with an update.We have since then hired someone else to try and help us due to my losing my job and now my husbands job is slipping I just want my money back and people to be aware of how they are.
