Not Happy, Very Slow Replys, Wasn't Informed of Rate Quote Changes, and other issues.

I received a letter in the mail from these guys about a Harp refinance. I called, and spoke with Robert T. Aiello....He was very slow responding to my emails, and he forgot who I was when I called for an update...He also told me I would get my FEDEX loan package by Friday or Saturday I still have not received it, and was given no info for the delay...I just wasn't kept informed of the process, and changes of rate quotes ... Bad Experience for me....Since then I have called another lender , and they are much better in keeping me informed along the way , and responding to my questions....
