Awful, Expensive Service... If Any At All

Unprofessional, rude, uncaring, with poor communication skills and hours as the icing on the cake. Extremely poor service. Lackluster maintenance. Bottom of the barrel contractors that can't even keep a boiler working. If you're a homeowner under their management, I'm sorry for you in advance. If you're a board member/president/community owner and contract with Tritz, you must absolutely hate your community.
An example of living in a Tritz managed community:
- No water (hot or cold) with no notice at least once a month - Contractors that consistently bandaid fix facilities instead of fixing/replacing (despite having the highest HOA assessments in the region) - Landscape staff that literally comes 4/5 days a week yet the community is still an unmanicured, undesigned, poorly thought out mess. - Creeks constantly smell and are breeding grounds (poor maintenance) - Discriminatory and predatory parking treatment -- have photo evidence of cars sitting for two months straight against our 72 he only rule, except they tow my vehicle consistently (and illegally) within 72-96 hours without warning. - Property manager and cohorts that will tell you anything to get you off the phone or out of their inbox, even if they are blatant lies. - Regularly fail to follow CC&Rs they are bound to, especially regarding communication to homeowners - Little to no communication to homeowners regarding emergencies, crimes, or policy updates. - When we do get notices, they're left day before or day of--no time to plan or make accommodations
Steer as clear as you can if you see these people bid for your community, or if they manage a property you're interested in. Huge red flag.
