This company lacks the required professionalism to deal with concerned homeowners. My initial contact with the company was regarding a delinquent HOA bill. I received an email from someone in their accounting department filled with misspelled words and rude remarks. I eventually escalated my concerns to the owner, David Tritz, who had a chip on his shoulder and spoke to me as if neither I, nor my concerns were of any importance. The company website states, "Our Customer Service Department is personalized and organized in such a fashion as to handle each customer service request in a prompt and courteous manner." Nothing in that statement represents the experience I had with Karyn in accounting or the owner, David Tritz. *Please note, the company did not mishandle my bill, they simply mishandled me as a customer and a homeowner.*
