Avoid Trendnet if you are purchasing their products in anticipation of receiving an advertised rebate!! Based on my experience and research on the internet (Google Trendnet Rebate Scams) it appears that it is not uncommen for them to reject rebates "because UPC's were not submitted". This was my experience and I am absolutely positive I submitted the requisite paperwork. A call to their "customer service number" was exceedingly unfulfilling. Based on my experience to date, I would suggest their rebate fulfillment is haphazard at best and an intentional scam at worst. Given the availability of numerous alternative technology vendors, I would suggest dealing with Trendnet is not worth the pain. I plan to pursue this to the max.
