DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT IS USELESS AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY THAT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WITHOUT DISCLOSING FROM THE BEGINNING! We bought the In Styler through a commercial on tv for 14.99 for 2 hair products. We received the products after a month and were never told that the product needed to be returned after 30 days or else we'd be charged an adittional 3 payments of 40 dollars plus shipment. On tuesday I discovered that there had been many chrages on my dughter's credit card from this company and noticed that they had charged me 135 extra dollars over the past 3 months. I contacted American Express thinking that there had been some sort of fraud on my card since I had never been notified of this expense. I then contacted the company after being in a line of 77 people, spoke to Nick Buron who refused to give me the address to return the product because of what he claimed was past the date of return of 30 days, which was never mentioned in the commercial. He also added that if I attempted to return the products they would be returned back to me. This company is a fraud and I want the money back that they charged from my credit card.
