I had an offer in compromise to the IRS with this company. I paid $2300, "100% guarantee." The offer failed, and Travelers refused to refund me. They did not answer the BBB inquiry. I sued in small claims court and won easily. Now trying to collect. DO NOT use this business, or any business in which the proprietor of this one, Patrick Oakes, is involved. He has several other "front" businesses, exactly like this one, with names like "Allstate Tax Group," "Professional Tax Services," "Prudential Tax," etc. He also goes by the names of Patrick Ryan, Patrick Olson, Ryan Lee, Michael Brands, James Jonze, and James Rome. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!
