what a horrid company and government rip-off.. they take a full minute for 2 seconds of use. i complained to safelink, and they refuse to modify the rip-off... I purchased double-minutes which were not transferred to my replacement phone, and I have decided to purchase a phone from boostmobile, which for $50/month (ten more than i was paying for tracphone minutes) i get UNLIMITED talk/text/internet. much better and more economical for those of us who are low-income.
