Horrible service! Stay away! There are too many other good cellular phone companies out there that know how to treat their customer in order to keep them. Customer service reps are confused and poorly trained. They are having signal problem and minutes are not being added to the prepaid phones without typing codes into the phone. That was a real problem because the phone belonged to my 85-year Dad who resides in a nursing home in another state. I explained that he was not capable of typing codes in the phone. I asked them for another phone or for a refund. They refused to help me in any way even though the signal problem is their problem not mine. I got so frustrated after talking to 5 reps that I told them to keep their $21.19 for the minutes that I purchased. They are on their way OUT OF BUSINESS! You don't treat a customer that way. They will lose customers one by one and then wonder what the heck happened.
