I highly recommend the HVAC services of Mr. Robert Decker and his company, Trabuco Air.
He is very responsive and answered my call late on a Friday afternoon (unheard of!), and even left me a message later that day regarding my system. By the end of the next week I had a completely new system, running perfectly, and for a reasonable price.
What really set Mr. Decker and his team a “cut above the rest” was they fixed an issue 2 other companies had completely overlooked (or just ignored). My condensate line was stopped up, because it was draining into packed dirt. Trabuco Air fixed the problem so it drains properly. This could have resulted in a costly mess at some point, had it not been fixed.
Mr. Decker also helped me with the paperwork to get the gas company refund and tax credit.
Once again, if someone needs assistance in the HVAC department, they would do well to use Trabuco Air.
