Recently my husband and I had Trabuco Air do a complete change out on our heating & air conditioning systems in our home. We received several quotes and did a lot of research on all the companies before deciding to go with Trabuco Air. Robert Decker provided a very complete and competitive bid and spent a great deal of time going over all the details of the job and addressing all of our concerns. He was very honest and direct and never tried to up sell us anything that we did not need or want. We completely replaced 2 AC Units and 2 Furnaces, as we have separate dual controls for both the upstairs and downstairs of our home. He replaced all of the attic ducting and rescaled it to the proper sizing for the new units. All of the ducting was neatly placed and properly supported in the attic as well as the placing of the furnace units so that we could access them easily to clean the HEPA filters we also had installed. In addition we had 2 Attic Fans installed, 2 bathroom decorative vent fans for humidity control, and a Whole House Fan. This was a very complicated project and they did a FANTASTIC job!! I have to honestly say we could not be any happier with the finished project. The attic with the new furnace units and ducting looks beautiful...neatly designed, easy to move around in, and easy to access everything. Who could have thought an attic could look this great!!
I would highly recommend Trabuco Air for any of your HVAC needs or repairs. His crew Raphael and Nito do a fantastic job...always on time, always neat and respectful, and do impeccable work. I would definitely use this company again!!
Robert was so easy to work with and really spent a lot of time coordinating the project and going over all the details, answering all of our questions, immediately addressing any concerns we had, always keeping us informed of the progress and what we could expect next. I believe he really does care about his customers and works very hard to provide excellent customer service.....KUDOS to you Robert for a JOB WELL DONE!!! Thanks so much for all you did!!
P.S. We didn't realize the comfort level we were missing......until the new units and ducting were installed!! It's even BETTER than when the house was BRAND NEW!! PROPER SIZED UNITS AND DUCTING MATTERS!!
