Dinece carmichael is a truly wonderful woman.after unsuccessfully trying for a modification on our own with bank of america for over a year we decided to hire someone to help us.we hired a company and after five months we still got nowhere except foreclosure notices and sale dates for our home.i threatened legal action when they wouldnt even return our phone calls.Then they handed our file over to dinece who saved our home in a matter of weeks.She is truly compassionate and understands the frustrations homeowners are having dealing with their lenders.She is always there when you need her and you never wait more than 15 minutes for a return call if she isnt.She truly lifted the burden off my shoulders and for the first time in almost two years i felt the stress and uncertainty lifting.Thank you so much for saving my families home.Sincerely, Michelle M.
