This company apparently has a bad reputation in dealing with consumers. They want you to purchase their cars but they often turn their noses to you when you don't meet their standards. They have a really bad service contract in terms of what is covered for repair. The dealership charges astronomical prices for repairs. Which sends me to Sears who charges much less and does an excellent job. They try to sell you on having your car fixed at their facilities. Yet, once you hear the price you start looking for other places. They tell you about recalls after you purchase the car. They appear to charge Black customer huge finance charges, interest rates and larger monthly payments. I am presently paying $750.84 a month for a car that will soon be six years old with over 80,000 miles. They also try to sell Blacks used cars as opposed to new cars. They are always looking to repossess your car when you get behind so that they can sell it and make a profit. They get a big fat F for their arrogance and poor customer service.
