Horrible Customer Service

I received an e-mail stating I needed to go in and change my payment method for my Order Number TF-406771 in order for it to be processed.
I did as the email stated, however the system produced a duplicate order charging me more than the original order because the system changed the shipping address to my home address in Charlotte, NC vs. where I needed this order to be shipped to in Newport, RI.
Then I received two notifications from Fed Ex that the second order that the system produced was in transit and I had to quickly go in and redirect the shipments to what I originally intended to Newport, RI at an expense of $13.25 per shipment.
So for an error caused by their system duplicating the original order and following the instructions generated in an e-mail, my order had additional charges of $39.
