Horrible Customer Service

I placed an order with Total Furniture 03/13 via store website and I received an email from Mackayla that I was not charged shipping and they would need to process the shipping seperate through email. I asked that the supervisor be CC to the email before processing and I stated there was misinformation as my receipt showed 0$ shipping. The manager who did not provide any type of title, introduction or proper communication sent me an email that she would cancel the order without my permission. The funds are now held 2-3 business days and when I spoke to her, Debbie, on the phone she raised her voice, could not handle customer complaint and hung up the phone on my face. She refused to provide anyone’s information, name or contact that I could speak to in regards to my order and the unprofessionalism on her part.
