I have had nothing but trouble with this provider. They started off as an affordable provider. After a few weeks, they called me to upgrade from the 1 year to the 2 year plan. I was told that if I didn't lock in that price, the cost goes up a lot. I ended up finding out I didn't really want the product so I tried to cancel as per their 30-day policy and they said I already received a rate that was special so they transitioned me to a different account that did more of what I wanted, but I decided not to really use it, in the end.
Since I hadn't planned on using it, I asked them to note that I did not want my account to renew up front on the call. And, of course, they did renew it for $335 this time (vs the $165 I spent the first time) without sending any emails or notification that it was going to be renewed. They say I can't cancel it because it's a package price.
It's a shame that people try to do business this way.
I am now hosting my web sites on Windows Azure.
