HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RESULTS. Signed up for a package with a $250 set up fee @ $1K p/m. They took the money and ran. After the initial set up I requested a performance report and was advised to wait a 90 day time frame for an accurate reading. After the
third month I could not get a return call from my rep, his partner, or customer service. Funny thing was the credit card expired within the sixth month and canceled the auto- payment. They continued running the campaign and invoice billing us the entire year!
What company continues to provide service after three months of not receiving payment?! Finally the first form of contact since the initial set up was from the payment processing dept to advise the card had expired. After several months of disputing, we came
to an agreement with one of the supervisors there. The settlement was never put into place since apparently the original rep, his partner and supervisor we had been dealing with ALL left the company! We were sent to collections. By the way I finally got a
report they provided. Sparing you the horrifying detail the bottom line is 3 CALLS AND 8 EMAILS WERE GENERATED, 1 YEAR AND $12,000 LATER. Please research this company, you will find similar stories and reviews.
