I have been dealing with Tom Black service center for over 20 years and have never had anything but great experiences.
As a manufacturer of Scientific instrumentation Buck Scientific relies on third party service companies for a lot of on-site maintenance instead of flying someone out from the factory. As the GM I have experienced all types of customer feedback from referring 3rd party service companies, and Tom Black customers are always happy to have found an "honest mechanic" if you will.
