I've had my Tobi for just over a year - also purchased for me as a gift by my husband. In that year, the cap on the water tank has broken three times, and each time it was replaced but I had to pay for shipping. Now the fourth one I have has broken, inside the machine, and you KNOW they're not going to do anything for me. The machine itself is defective, clearly. The first time it happened and even the second time, I was prepared to accept the "user error" excuse. No longer when this last one has cracked inside the machine after the FIRST use. Naturally it had to happen today just after their Customer Service closed, but I plan to call in the morning -- I'm sure just to hear that I'm out of warranty and I have to pay for a whole new one. I think it's just a way for them to continue making money time after time...
