Timesharescape or Timesharescape.com has promised 100% guaranteed exit. I had paid $6995 for 4 weeks of transfer timeshare I owned in February, 2010. They have taken my money, and did not deliver as promised. First was given to another title/transfer company in Florida, and took 4 months and was told Timesharescape did not pay them as promised, they returned all my file. After contacting Timesharescape regarding transfer failure by promised date, I was then told they will be working with another one of their transfer companies. I was told to sign paper and return, otherwise, it is consider forfeit, and will lose my money. I gave them another chance, and cooperated, signed paper and returned. Now, My maintenance fee is due for the last 3 months, and I was told to send it to them in their home office, and it will be taken of. It has been another 2 months gone by, and tried to contact them again. Emailed them, and no respond. Called them, and left message, and no return call.
Save your hard earning money, it is a scam.
