This company needs to be put out of business. It has been nearly 7 months since we signed the contract at one of their seminars and gave our credit card to this company. First they sent the paperwork, we had it notarized and sent it to the transfer company. Then our paperwork is sent back to us and we're told Timesharescape is not doing business with the transfer company anymore. They tell us they're in the process of choosing another company. It's already been more than 4 months. They claim it'll take another 4-6 weeks to process the paperwork. They claim they have sent everything to the resort and awaiting their response. When we contact the resort, the resort tells us they have not received any paperwork to fill out. We e-mailed our customer service rep at timesharescape and askde for an explanation about what's going on. Still waiting for a response. So, now it's been nearly 7 months. No transfer and no transfer. We're out $2,500 and still have to pay the maintenance fees for our timeshare. It's amazing that these companies are not regulated in any way and they get to scam people who are already suffering financially.
