I have tried repeatedly to file a complaint with the BBB online. Six times I have filed and six different times the complaint has not gone through online. I am going to send it snail mail. This company will take your money and sign what appears to be a legal binding contract. They will take a month before you even get any mail from a transfer company. Then you will be asked for all of the correct paperwork, which has to be motorized. Now here is the catch they NEVER make a payment to the transfer company, so back comes your paperwork, from the transfer company. Now you just wasted your time, the transfer company's time and Timesharescape has somewhere around $200,000
.00 plus of your money. You cannot recover from your credit card company, because now five plus months has gone by. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I am contacting every agency I can to STOP them and put them out of business. I am personally out $2,250.00. They just keep on saying they are transferring my timeshare. Meanwhile, I still own my timeshare and they are in CA with my money. I am going after these guys, I have the owners names and numbers, although they no longer answer my phone calls.
