It's no wonder why this company has a C- grade with the BBB. Their customer service skills are the worst I have ever dealt with! I receive better customer service at a hot dog stand than I do with Time Finance. They are rude, arrogant and degrading to the say the least. The reason no one puts a stop to the horrible customer service is beacuse management supports the horrible attitudes of the customer service representatives. They will call and literally yell at you, harass and belittle you when you are one day late with the payment. The give off this bitter energy, that makes you wonder how hard life has treated them that they have to relay that to their customers. If they are unhappy with their lives, they should not be in the Customer Service field!! Time Finance definitely does not abide by California Consumer Credit laws...last I knew harrassing was against the law. I have dealt with Time Finance for over two years, and I have regretted it every time I speak with their agent Lou. Avoid this company!!
