Late Payment/Return Fee

Let me tell u another incident with this company. I make a payment over the phone last month and the chick asked me would you like to pay it out of your wellsfargo account? So I told her yes. She never asked me or verified the account number so I assume she just knew. So a week goes by and I am trying to figure out why they aint take the money yet. I get a call from the so called manager. She gone tell me that my check bounced becaused it was a closed account. I said no sh*t...you asked me what account do I want to pay from so I told you. Is it my fault you didn't ask for the right account number. NOPE! So she said mail her the payment so I did. The next day I got a letter in the mail stating I owe a return fee payment...NEGATIVE!!! I don't owe you jack. So I called again. Another manager answered and she stated i owed a late fee and a return fee and I told her miss the woman that took my payment over the phone did not ask for my account info. I got more than one wellsfargo account. I said dont you think the person taking my info is suppose to verify the account number. She stated yes so I said then as you can see i owe u nothing. she reversed that sh*t around and I don't owe crap but what I was suppose to owe. They are retarded there. I need to make a visit and see what kind of place of business they are running. This don't make no kind of since to have dumb employee's and rude a** employee's working there.
