I have always been treated with professionalism and kindness I have had my account open for 2years and time finance employees have always been there to help me when I became unemployed the even modified my pymts to help me until I got on my feet and found a job, If you try they try, if you treat them with respect stay in contact and let them know what is going on you will never have a problem with them, I guess its all in how you conduct yourself.
