I have used Ticketkick in the past and have spread the word to friends and family .I know people who have won their case and have had the ticket dismissed. I heard that they have recently been taken over from the people who started the company and have an even higher success rate of getting peoples tickets dismissed. I wanted to write this review because I recently spoke on the phone with the new owner of the new TicketKick and he could not have been more understanding and nicer. I was impressed. I was due a refund from the old management but because they changed I was concerned I was not going to get it. I spoke to the owner and he said they would make good on past refunds even though they were not obligated to do so. He kept his word and I received my full refund. I highly recommend TicketKick even more so now that is is in the hands of more competent and knowledgeable people that can help california drivers successfully contest and dismiss their traffic ticket. If you get a ticket, try them. It is a no brainer!!
