TicketBuster.com DOES NOT WORK

Please Do Not Use this company. I received a ticket for running a red light. I followed all of the procedures they requested. They filed by mail paperwork to defend the ticket to no avail. Four months later I went to court to plead my case. My judge ruled every person guilty. If you pleaded your case, he ruled that the officer was a paid professional and therefore sided with the officer sworn statement. If there was an error on the ticket, the judge said that the error was not on trial and found them guilty of the ticket. When the person asked for traffic school, the judge denied it and stated that they wasted the court's time.
Through the process I repeatedly asked TicketBuster if I would be able to go to traffic school and was told if I was eligible for traffic school before I was found guilty I would still be eligible. They do not tell you yes you would be eligible after being found guilty but the Judge could still deny your request.
I was completely dissatisfied with the process. I requested my $l00. refund and was denied Their operations Manager Nicole does not understand Customer Service and should not be representing their company. She is rude and would not even give me the name of TicketBuster CEO.
