Ordered The Stampede bronze statue in January 2018. They explained that they would not be able to ship the large statue for thirty days. However, after forty five days the statue still had not shipped. It was one excuse after another. North California fires, slow shipments from their supplier, etc. The very pleasant rep continued to explain the the statue would ship by the end of the month, every month. This went on for month after month. She was pleasant, however not truthful. She now has said she can't do anything more, and has recommended e-mailing World of Bronze direct. After several e-mails and absolutely no response I am kicking my self for being so trustful. My only recommendation is to stay far away from this Company.
