The UPS Store #0515
Horrible customer service, backwards mentality. The UPS Store franchise, apparently separate from UPS, is giving UPS a really bad name.
Robert (manager of store), and his associate Neria, refused to take my prepaid UPS labelled package because they said - "We don't make any money off that." after we'd had a disagreement over me not wanting to pay $1.00 to tape the label onto the package when I'd already prepaid $20 for the package itself.
Abominable customer service.
