Save your money indeed and go elsewhere
|
The business practices; customer service and return/exchange policy that includes a restocking fee is questionable and not worth all the trouble. Ordering a dress and giving a company my money, should never be this hard. My sister has a $75 credit (return fees and restocking fees later) and rather than letting the store credit go to waste, my sister offered the store credit to my 15 yr old daughter who is a perfect small and what we thought would be a guarantee fit without any further hassle but it has been more difficult than what we expected. Using the store credit and getting a live person to assist with the new order has been almost impossible. The online, check-out process does not allow the customer to insert the store credit information, so I called the customer service line, the customer service line was down, so I contacted the live chat room. I was then referred to an email address because apparently, the order needs to be placed manually. I am still waiting for a call back. The lack of customer service and the business practices on returns are questionable, and should be investigated. Should the dress not fit, you risk losing a big chunk of your money on the return. It is not worth your time, money or inconvenience and I recommend going elsewhere.
