TheRoseDress has three ways to reach customer service: live chat, email and calling customer care hotline. If one method not available, we urge customers to use other available option. Regarding cancellation, we cannot cancel an order if an item was shipped out of TheRoseDress warehouse or if item is on the hand of the courier already. Customer needs to inform us ahead of time. It is also best to inquire the span of time your order will take so you will know if it will reach in time to your event date. Since we cannot cancel an order without the orderers approval, orderers need to inform us ahead of time via email, or live chat or calling our customer care. Please do remember, we do not charge cancellation fee if item ordered is not in "ordered" or "received" status. "Ordered" status means, dress is confirmed available to its designers inventory and is being reserved by TheRose or for delivery at TheRose warehouse, and "recieved" status means that the items has reached TheRose Warehouse and will be processed for shipping. Also, it is wise that customer will specify the event date they needed the item so we can send email notification if we cannot deliver the item on the event date specified by customers.
To all customers who do online shopping be wise and try to read between the lines. Not all complaints are correct and justified. Though, it is not our business for others to post their complaints, it is wise to know the facts and the reasons why. it is not best to judge a company because of all complaints posted because if you will think about it, complaints are most posted than satisfied comments. We, too have satisfied customers.
Lastly, we do not wish to cause inconvenience to our customers but there are circumstance that may be beyond our control which we cannot prevent.
