I ordered a dress from The Rose Dress Company and after a few days passed I asked for a UPS tracking number because my order indicated my dress had been shipped. However, for days I called customer service and was on hold for over an hour. No one ever picked up. I chatted with several people..and each person said I needed to contact a manager for the tracking number...well the manager never contacted me. I am on hold right now on the phone and it has been 1 hour and 43 minutes. The chat rep said that I could not have my money back because the dress had been ordered, however, there is no tracking number..to verify that my dress had been shipped. One chat rep said they forgot to add the tracking number to my order....yeah right. This place is a rip off. Their shipping policy states 3-5 days. However, today is day 7 and my event is in 2 days. I have no dress, no tracking number, and no money back! Do not shop here!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!!! I am contacting my lawyer....sounds like a class action suit.
